Reasons ranging from standard discovery to a terminated employee’s laptop – all areas of personal and professional communication are found on computer networks, laptops, hard drives etc.

- Documentation and chain of custody
Understanding the steps/complexities will allow you to better manage the content you receive and the efficiencies used to collect it.
THE SPEAKERS BIO:
Rick Stieghorst, Midwest Legal & eData Services, Inc. Rick has been in the IT field since 1998. He has been appointed a Special Master by the courts, and has testified on e-Discovery. Before he arrived at Midwest Legal & eData Services in 2003, Rick was an Operations Manager for a large Fortune 500 company. He has a Bachelors degree in Mass Communication, and a Masters Degree in Social Work. His training included certifications in the following;
