Printing/Tiffing MSWord Documents with "Track Changes" (Lisa)
Recently Midwest encountered a global client that has a company policy in place that enables ALL Track Changes within Microsoft Word documents. When tiffing these records for the client's production, they wanted to have all the "Track Changes" printed EXCEPT for the formatting... (If you have ever encountered this you know that printing the formatting as part of the "Track Changes" options often results in many pages of useless information.) Working with our Network Administrator, we came up with a solution by editing the MSWord registry file and creating a fancy macro... Mission accomplished and another satisfied client!
